Please use the SIIM ftp site for uploading your presentation. We ask that you upload your Power Point slides by Friday, May 29, 2009 to ensure that we have your presentation loaded on our onsite network. For FTP username, password, troubleshooting and/or tips, please see page 7 of your Faculty Handbook.

 

If you are unable to upload your presentation by May 29, then please bring an electronic copy of the final presentation to the Speaker Ready room at least 24 hours in advance of your presentation.

 

*It is strongly advised that you bring an electronic backup copy of your presentation, even if you upload to the FTP site.

 
 
Continuing Education and Annual Meeting Evaluation
Faculty Registration Continuing Education:
At the end of every session, the Session Co-chair or final presenting faculty member will be asked to display a slide of the Continuing Education Tracking Number. We ask that you please remind people before and at the end of the session that recording of this tracking number on the Verification form is REQUIRED for obtaining CE/CME credits. Please remind the session participants to write down the tracking code on the Verification of Attendance Forms. For additional information, please see page 10 of your Faculty Handbook.

 

Faculty Registration NEW Online SIIM 2009 Annual Meeting Evaluations:
We will evaluate the SIIM 2009 Annual Meeting and IIP Bootcamp via an online evaluation tool called Survey Monkey. The final slide of each session will be an Evaluation Reminder slide. Since this is a new method for obtaining evaluations, we will need the help of all chairs, faculty, moderators and/or presenters to reiterate the importance of our attendees going online and filling out the evaluation post-meeting. For additional information, please see page 10 of your Faculty Handbook.
