| SIIM 2009 Housing Information |
The housing deadline for receiving the SIIM discounted rate was May 15, 2009. Please contact the hotels directly beginning Tuesday, May 19 to make your housing reservations or to make any changes.

 A one-night room and tax deposit per room is required to secure your hotel reservation. Your guarantee assures room availability until midnight day of arrival date.
If you fail to arrive by midnight on your scheduled arrival date, your room will be released and your deposit will be forfeited. At that point, hotel accomodations will be on a space-available basis.
Credit cards will be charged if you fail to check-in on your scheduled arrival date. |
Any cancellations, changes and/or substitutions are to be made through the SIIM 2009-Charlotte Housing Bureau through May 15, 2009.
After May 15, 2009, all cancellations, changes and substitutions must be made directly with the hotel. Any changes and substitutions are subject to availability and rate.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night’s room and tax. If cancelling a hotel reservation, please note the date and time of your call and secure a cancellation number. |
